The 1st round finals of the BBC 2005 held at Ian Vickers/Gaz Parry's wall BoulderUK, Blackburn England.

After a 3hour qualifying period, the finalists included Gaz Parry and fellow British teammate reigning champ Andy Earl for the males; for the females we had Lucinda Hughes and Austrian Sabine Bacher (studying in England, so can qualify to compete and potentially win under EU directives from UIAA)

Lucinder Hughes and Sabine Bacher are the two forerunners to win the overall title of British Bouldering Champion 2005. As Sabi and Lu have both won a round each it is now down to this final round to be the decider.
